Adult dosage: Start with low dosage: 1 capsule/day, and increase gradually.
Take 2 capsules. Depending of your body weight, if you are practicing sports, if you have ingury, sometimes you can take 2 capsules 2x/day or as recommanded by your health care practitioner.
